Sharaf Art Printers respects your privacy. This Policy explains how the Android app SHARAF ART PRINTERS handles information.

The current version works primarily on your device. Depending on the features you use, you may enter or create:

• Profile details — name, email address, telephone number
• Shipping details — recipient name, delivery address, province, city, postcode, delivery instructions
• Shopping information — selected products, quantities, colours, design-template choices, favourites, cart contents, local order history
• Support communications you choose to send us by email

The current release is not designed to collect or transmit:

The App carries no advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK that sends user data off the device.

Locally stored information is used only to provide the features you request:

• Displaying and managing your profile
• Remembering shipping details you choose to save
• Managing favourites and cart quantities
• Showing selected designs and product options
• Creating local order summaries and order-history records
• Helping you prepare an order or contact us

If you email us, we use what you send to answer your enquiry, provide support, discuss a product or order, resolve a complaint, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share user information with advertisers or data brokers. Since the App doesn't automatically transmit local data to us, it normally stays on your device — it leaves only when you deliberately use an external service, like sending an email.

We may disclose information you send directly to us only:

• To service providers helping us respond, under confidentiality and security obligations
• When required by law, court order, or lawful government request
• To protect users, our rights, security, or property, or investigate fraud
• As part of a business reorganisation, merger, or transfer, with appropriate safeguards

The App may open or rely on services from your device or another app, such as an email client — these operate under their own privacy policies. Google Play may process information relating to downloading, installing, licensing, security, and operation of Android apps under Google's own policies, which we don't control.

Locally stored information stays on your device until you delete it through an App control, clear the App's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App — any of which normally removes locally stored profile, address, favourites, cart, and order-history information.

The App creates no authenticated online account, so there's no remote account to delete. Information you send us directly is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect information we receive directly. Local App data is protected by Android's application sandbox and your device's own security controls. No method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure — keep a secure screen lock and your OS updated.

The App requests only the permissions its disclosed features need — it doesn't require location, contacts, SMS, call logs, camera, or microphone access for its present features. If a future version adds a permission that touches personal or sensitive information, we'll update this Policy and provide any in-App disclosure and consent required first.

The App is a general shopping and printing-services app, not specifically directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

If you contact us through email or another third-party service, that provider may process information in countries other than your own. Anything we receive directly is handled under this Policy and applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on personal information you've sent us directly.

• Edit or delete records in the App where available
• Clear the App's storage in Android settings
• Uninstall the App to remove locally stored information

We may update this Policy as the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. The revised version will carry a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated through the App, its Play listing, or our website where appropriate. Review this Policy whenever a new version adds online ordering, accounts, payments, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, or artwork uploads.
